Returns & refunds
You may return or exchange an item for a refund of the product total within 30 days of delivery. No questions will be asked. Items must be unused and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. Please do not assemble or modify the product in any way.
To return or exchange your product, please send your product to 340 S Lemon Ave, Walnut, CA 91789. Please do not mail it to the manufacturer.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Refunds and Late Refunds
Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected by the warehouse. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. When you return an item, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your total refund amount.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please contact your credit card company first. It may take some processing time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
